Effortless Cream of
Chiken soup

Ingredient
Effortless Cream of Chicken Soup
3 1/2 oz. cooked chicken
allotted amount of celery
1 - 2 cups broth (I prefer the broth
from the chicken I just cooked)
1 T dried minced onion
3 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp parsley
1/2 tsp basil
Salt and ground white pepper to taste
Place all ingredients in food
processor and pulse until it’s the consistency you
like. I start with 1 cup of broth, then add more
until I get the consistency I’m looking for. Pour
into med-high preheated saucepan and bring to a
boil. Reduce heat to simmer, cover and cook 20 - 30
minutes. Serve
